Description Covering many thousands of acres over beautiful rolling countryside, our shooting opportunities offers guns exciting sport to enjoy. Shoot days are relaxed and informal, ranging from small walked up days to large driven days showing high and fast birds. We offer shooting for all abilities. With 25 drives in place, bag averages can vary from 100 to 300 birds per day shot singly or back to back with no drives repeated. Netherstead Lodge is situated 30 minutes from junction 44 on the M6 motorway, high upon among the forests with beautiful unspoilt views all around. There is fishing on the rivers Esk and Liddle, an abundance of fantastic walking terrain and golfing facilities are to be found nearby. We are also able to  arrange deer stalking and wildfowling if required. The shooting lodge can accommodate parties of up to 10.  Within the grounds we have a self-contained static caravan which sleeps 6. We also have a CL rated site for 4 caravans. These facilities are available all year round. Well behaved dogs are made very welcome and, upon request, secure on-site kenneling can be provided.
